Every week there’s a new AI tool that’s going to “change everything.” New videos, new gurus, new promises. The noise is relentless. And meanwhile, you’re running a business.
Most owners fall into one of two traps. The first is paralysis - so much coming at you that nothing gets implemented and you fall further behind. The second is worse: buying tools, subscriptions, and “solutions” that don’t actually solve anything, because nobody helped you figure out what you actually needed first.
The result is the same either way. Competitors who got clarity earlier are pulling away. Time is going to the wrong things. And “AI strategy” is still on the to-do list.
