You’ve seen the demos. You’ve heard the promises. Maybe you’ve tried a few tools. But turning “AI could help my business” into “here’s exactly what we’re doing, in what order, with what tools, starting Monday” requires a specific kind of analysis that you can’t do by watching YouTube.
It requires someone who understands your business, understands the technology, and has the commercial experience to know where the real leverage is - as opposed to where it looks like it should be. Most consultants skip the business understanding step and recommend tools. I don’t move until I understand the business.
